For the price we paid, our stay at the Boathouse was a great value. The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved being able to sleep with the sound of the waves. The location was perfect, within walking distance to beaches and restaurants, and the staff, especially Allen the host, were cute and helpful.
The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

I liked this apartment, felt so much at home.
Everything here felt perfect, it was a very comfortable stay like on a high class vacation. The staff was wonderful and amiable. The room was budget and modern, got an electric kettle, a fridge, and air conditioner. Had a bath. Location was great - 10 minutes walk from Puerto Marina Benalmadena Official.

I had the most amazing stay at the Boathouse in Malaga! The highlight of my trip was experiencing the amazing sunset from the yacht itself. It was a magical moment that I will never forget. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. I loved the feeling of luxury with the carpet underfoot, a rare find in Spain. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to relax and unwind, and I highly recommend this unique experience. Sitting on the deck in the evening with a refreshing G&T and enjoying a morning tea while watching the sunrise was very nice.
Although everything was fine , there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of privacy and security was a concern since there wasn't a working lock on my cabin door.

Uncle Alan was an incredible host - made us feel like family. Amazingly comfortable beds, spotless rooms. Peaceful location. Highly recommend. Enjoying a G&T in the evening and tea in the morning with the beautiful view was fantastic.
Felt just like home, nothing was too much trouble.

As a frequent traveler, I was tired of sterile hotel rooms and found a precious gem at the Boathouse. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel like we were in someone's home. The upper deck provided a peaceful sunbathing spot with stunning views of the marina. The facilities were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the double sink bathroom was a nice touch. Captain Alain was a gracious host, offering delicious pasta and local wines. The highlight was the Jacuzzi with its changing colors. We will definitely return to this hidden gem!
Would recommend this hotel.

We had an unforgettable stay here for a holiday, thank you. We could enjoy views of the marina. Location was prime, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Malapesquera Beach. And it was near Malaga, local restaurants, and a great beach for swimming.

He spoke multiple languages and provided great recommendations for exploring the area and finding good restaurants. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for us to spend time in the sun and enjoy relaxing walks along the shore. One of the best aspects of our stay was the large room we had, which featured a comfortable bed and a fantastic rain shower in the private bathroom.
There were a few aspects of our stay that we did not enjoy. there were no keys provided for our room, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about the security of our valuables.

The Perfect Escape
Staying at this cozy accommodation was like finding an oasis in the middle of a desert. The air conditioning saved me from the scorching heat outside, making it feel like I was walking into an igloo on a sweltering day. The comfortable beds were like fluffy clouds, cradling me to sleep each night. And let's not forget the private bathroom with its shower that felt like a refreshing waterfall. I couldn't have asked for a better escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Minor Connectivity Issue

The room had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to worry about carrying my own toiletries as a budget traveller. I loved that the double room had air conditioning. It helped me escape the Malaga heat and made my stay so much more comfortable. The fact that the room had a kitchenware and a tea/coffee maker was a game-changer for me. I could save money by cooking some of my own meals and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning without leaving my room.
Personally, I didn't find the hairdryer in the bathroom to be very effective. But hey, that's just my opinion, and others might not mind it.

Free WiFi was a lovely touch, so I could post pictures of my "amazing" continental breakfast and pretend I was a real influencer. The terrace was a great place to escape from the other guests and their questionable fashion choices.
Who needs privacy or security? Just leave your cabin door unlocked and let strangers waltz in while you're sleeping.
